Through The Looking Glass

Another shot from my Shrine Auditorium photo session. The catering for the event was absolutely amazing. Not only was the food delicious, but it was all prepared and presented very creatively. This was a Caesar Salad that was served in a glass with the dressing on the bottom. I loved the way it was arranged and couldn’t help but preserve the moment.

Tonight I broke out the Wok for the second time since I bought it and made up a little chicken stir fry for dinner. Before I had even started cooking I was envisioning the photos I would take of it afterwards.

As I stood over my complete and deliciously smelling meal snapping photos, it occurred to me that I was more excited about taking pictures of the food than actually eating it.

Movie at the Drafthouse, a pitcher of Shiner Bock, and a ginormous bowl of popcorn.
